I've seen literally hundreds, if not thousands, of scratch board drawings in my life time as both an artist and an art teacher. I have never seen the equal to the drawing on this post. That is absolutely mind blowing-amazing!

Caribouhills, don't worry about the way the horse is facing. I was born in the cattle business. It is a perfect scene from ranch work.

Troy, Unfortunately, I don't have a web site yet, maybe this winter. I learned a lot from doing this piece and I think that it has caused me to change my style just a bit for the better, or it could be that I am now doing subjects that I am a lot more familiar with.

beautiful drawing, didn't you post this a while back cause I remember checking out the stitching on pants and thinking wow this person went all out on this drawing.
never mind, just checked date of post, so I did see it a couple months ago. really really nice.
