Looking for a supply list and anything else needed for the rick carter dvd i will be ordering the dvd but i would like to have the supplies instead of having to reorder later and pay shipping again

Go ahead and purchase the DVD and watch it a few times and then decide what what you need to order yourself. The Tape is called A-Z for a reason, Rick covers several different ways to do things, so you will need to decide which method is best for you and go from there.

The good thing about the video is that it will flash on the screen order # for the items he is talking about.
