I just finished a 4 days tanning of a full bodied skunk (tails and claws included) and it seems to have come out pretty good...It is out dryong now...Question here is, does a powdering of Borax hurt the hair/fur in anyway during the drying process ( i think it works best to keep insects off)...
What is best storage for the skin until i get ready to mount it, after about 2 hours of drying?
Next project is 2 full bodied salt dried fox skins...anyone have a good Krow-Tann formula for these?

  Roll it up skin to skin and with the face in the middle and freeze it until your ready to mount it.  As far as tanning your foxes,  it should be the same as you used for the skunk.  If you don't have any instructions for Krowtan you can look them up on the Web.
