Thanks Samantha for those awesome fallow deer pics. I'm in North America and I'm used to doing white tail deer. A customer killed a fallow deer at a game hunting farm and asked me to mount it for him so, I was just going to put a post, asking if anyone had any good references for fallow deer and decided to check your post to see if there was anything I could use as a reference, and there they were.... Thanks, all of my questions about eye, mouth, and ear references are there, plain to see... One question remains though, how about the adams apple??? The chocolate fallow that I will be doing has a big pronounced adams apple. Would the form already have it built in? I'm guessing it should right? Or do I have to build one into the form?

Honestly I have no idea.... Its small, maybe 20 pounds dark.  Looks alot like a mini version of those roos. Any easy way to tell the types apart?
