I have owned a reliable and a monarch for over 35 years. I have owned a Pro for over 1 year and the reliable is the best machine ,floor model which is no longer available.  If I were going to buy a new machine tomarrow I would buy the Rawhide floor model.  The pro is loud and rattles and makes a lot of noise.

I have a Raw Hide table top.  I bought it new 12 years ago and the only problem I have with it is  every now and then it will bite me when I least expect it.  I also worked on a Raw Hide floor model for around 12 years prior to buying the one I have now,  and it would bite also, sometimes very hard.   Yours do that OS?  Really though no problems, I use mine strictly for fleshing, cause I send my tanning out.

Yeah, I know what George is saying there, Bill is a little out there.  Hell, I thought he had died or gone out of business.  But i got a flyer from him last week.  A new taxidermy model is $1500 includes motor 1 new and 1 used knife.  I actually bought mine from McKenzie when they used to sell them, so I wouldn't have to deal with him.  But it is a good product.
