I have this but not sure if it's drake or hen.  Is the hens different than the drake???

Sorry.  Looked a little bit and determined there is a difference and the foot I posted is a drake.  I did find this link http://www.birdinfo.com/A_Images_B/Bufflehead2004-11-30-001.jpg

The hens feet are a kind of fleshy gray color.
If you can't find a refrence I can take a pic for you of a frozen one I have.
let me know if you would like me to do that.

I would think you'd have to be careful about looking at a frozen bird.  Wouldn't the color change?
