In college, I was able to use the Workshop to create alot of pieces I always thought about making. All these pieces reflect my personality and passions.
The first two pictures are of my first ever project, a Gun Cabinet.

My second piece is of a Humidor made from Mesquite and Spanish Cedar.

My third piece is of a Wine Rack with a hidden compartment for the good stuff. The top has a 24"x24" piece of glass that throws some great light from the LED puck light tucked underneath.

My final piece is something that I have been working on for over 3 years now. I drew it in Auto CAD then did a 3D animation of it in Sketchup. I consider it my prize piece and will soon have it fabricated from flat stock that will be heat colored after completion with a glass overlay and antlers of some sort (either elk or red stag) to support the coffee table.

Nice work. I like the design of the wine rack, and that coffee table looks awsome! There's so much to look at on it, and the antlers will look really neat.

I have definitely thought about it. I can do the design aspect of it as far as the layout is concerned, I just don't have the equipment or the no-how to do the metal art. That would be something that I would send off to make. If anyone wants me to design them one or would like to see what their own personal design would look like in 3D, let me know.
