I just saw this on the DU website. I'm not sure if you folks have seen this, but WOW! I am impressed with the detail as the allowed image size is quite small.

That's a painting? Looks like a photo. I certainly can't see anything that gives it away as a painting.

Second and third places are beautiful too but they look like paintings.

I'm a good friend of Josh Spies - the artist who won with the painting above... he has some absolutely incredible paintings and is a great guy to boot.

Yeah! When someone can paint better than you can take a photo, that is sickening. LOL Glad to see there is perfect work out there and to know that we all can appreciate them for soing so. I can take a picture of their painting and say I took the picture in the wild LOL.
