No matter how many of these I get for European mounts, every one of them make me want to weep when I realize the money that is laying there that cannot be made because they split the *^$#@ing cape up the front!!!!!!  Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

And Tim, in 50+ years, I still ain't found nobody who could sew up a neck incision like that and it not show.  NOBODY.  LOL

Your probably right George, I keep forgetting you all do mostly Whitetails,with these long haired Muleys and Elk, thats an easy, unvisable fix...

Michael, that IS a shame. That looks like a big ole goodun too!

I measured it for crapz & giggles & it is 22" 3" below the ears Undecided  That would have been an easy $125 for a quick sale, $150 if I wanted to set it out for sale in the market or $200 in April when the cape supply's are lower.

I can feel a red rash burning on my right ass cheek burning where that money should have been Cry Cry

I believe that this is a new form of torture created by the Obama administration against folks like me who are feeling no bad effects from the economy so we can find something to bitch & whine about like I am doing Undecided

Hmm... gonna have to try that once I start doing taxidermy. I can sew together short furred crittens on my crafts and not have it show  Grin Grin  Might be a year or two before I can back that up tho! LOL  Shocked
