I have a customer that went to New Zeland and has stuff sitting in Chicago.  I have never had to get stuff in from outside of the US.  Do we need to go thru a broker or how does that work?

I have only done it a few times but I believe the answer to your question is yes. You do need to go through some one who has licenses to import / extort. I used Fawn & Flora out of NewYork.
