Tanning dryed Goat hides No Salt

Tanning Goats Was given a number of goat hides today some were skinned and a might say very clean no fat at all dried but
not salted
How can I try to save the tanning with hair on ?? Please !!

Soak up like a salted hide with a little relaxer and salt in the water. Then Wire wheel to open up the pores to the pickle and shave and tan as usual. If they didn't sit around they should be fine for hair on.

They are trapper Dried, like most furs are that go thru the sales. Its not the best for goats, but it should preserve the hair just fine.
