My experiences are from tanning whitetail hides with hair on.

I prefer the Lutan F that I picked up at Cabelas, I tried a paste from Gander Mountain but I didn't feel the the hide and hair were completely clean when I was done.  The key to Lutan is to stretch as it dries, I don't let it get too hard, way too hard to break.

I can't say EZ is better than the others because I havn't used anything other than it.  But it's as the name says EZ, no brainer product.  I don't see me buying anything different, excellent results.

For a brush on tan McKenzie's is hard to beat! For a full all out tan I like Lutan and Proplus oil.

The only one I'm familiar with is the EZ100. It has worked well for me from everything from deer to moose and wolves to bears but I think no matter how good the tan is, it's fleshing, salting, , pickling, shaving and the oil after words that all come in to play to make it work.

I have used a little of the jrts , not enoth to comment on it . But I have used liquatan for the past 20 + yrs with good luck and see no reason to change.
