hi was wondering if anyone has used a motor in there pedestal mount to make it rotate if so send me i the right direction on getting one

depends on weight and budget for your project, Semco makes rotators for all commercial signage needs, they are top notch. but can be priced pretty high.

I believe that Joe Coombs sells something like this for there pivot pedestal...
