I have used there forms in the past, and liked them. But unfortunately I had a terrible experience with one of there customer service people. I had waited till our state show and talked to Tom personally, and overall I wasnt happy with the outcome. As a result of this experience I no longer use them as a resource.

I would just like to add that I have never had a problem with them in any aspect. They have went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of.

I know Dawayne Dewey, and he is as good of a person as can possibly be. His being associated with them says all I need to know about their professionalism.

Ihunt...you show real professionalism there. Had a one time problem, didnt get your way, so you dont use a form you like. You sure are showing them everytime you use a form you dont like.

I find the forms they sell to rock!  Dewey's sheep forms have been a joy to work on and Aaron Connely's elk forms are great! The newer white-tails also seem very nice.  I hope Dewayne and Aaron continue to produce more new forms.  Matuska is a breath of fresh air in our industry that McKenzie has monopolizied.

I'm gonna step in for a minute here guys. Since I have first contacted them they have called me 2 additional times. I was fine with the first explanation they gave me. I totally understood that is was my fault for only purchasing the one form. I love their forms and look forward to my next transition with them. (but I better get my candy this time!)lol   The additional calls they made to me only shows me that they really do care and wanted to be certain I fully understood what happened. It was not my intention at all to bad mouth them in any way. I should of used shipping for the subject rather than Matuska Taxidermy.
