In my opinion it is not worth the $20, there are not alot of videos on there and, I have videos just as good in my collection. The ones that are on there are good, Basicly just the "Taxidermy for the sportsman" TV Series on the outdoor channel

i absolutely believe that if you are just starting out it's worth the 20 bucks for one month. watch all the videos and then cancel it. they don't add videos often enough to do a monthly subscription.  some of the little things that are so important such as splitting lips, setting eyes properly, sewing, etc. were so hard for me to grasp because no video i've found had clear enough closeups to tell what they were doing. but on taxidermytube the videos are so clear, bright, and informative that you can really see the correct way to do the detail work. try it for a month, absorb all finer points, and then check back on it a few months from now to see if new videos are added and maybe worth another 20 bucks

Wish I was close to someone that I could video and make a tutorial for here it would be kind of fun i think! I have the camera and editing software HDV camera and AVID editing. I would have really liked to have done one with MichaelP on Removing a Bobcat From a Refrigerator That Went Out now that would have been something to see  Grin

I had throught the same 4 months ago. After watching a few of the videos I found, they miss alot of info you need to know. I would rather pay for a person to show me all the fine details.

Well I have subscribed and I am just a beginner but I feel like it is a good value.  I understand that there are a lot better taxidermists with better videos, but it only costs $20 per YEAR and it has lots of different videos on it.  If I need more detail than what is on there then I can go and buy a specific video.  But each video I buy costs between 20 and 40 bucks so to have access to all those videos for me is a good value.  Especially just starting out.  I have combined those videos with the tutorials on here and feel I have learned a ton!

If they added some videos once in a while it might be worth it
