Following Krowtann instructions, it says to remove hide from tan, rinse, neutralize, drip dry, final fleshing, liquid tide bath, then mount or freeze. If i choose to go ahead and mount after washing in liquid tide, do i need to blow dry the hide to remove some moisture or just continue mounting with a wet hide? Would this be the point in the process where a quick spin in the washer would remove moisture? Really not sure if this is right nor not. HELP!

Hmmm if you mount it after tanning rinsing it should dry naturally on the form...if you are not doing an immediate mount...freeze it...
Blowdrying a hide only helps accelerate the drying out process when you are too impatient to let it dry naturally or in the case of final grooming on coyotes and other thick furred animals.

A quick spin in the washer does indeed wick away some of the excess water.
