i was mounting a deer head and wan i was done the hair was slipping b/c i used a brush on tan wan the hide was wet but it is drying now for 5 days but if you pull some hair it will come out. so i don't touch it. but do u no if in a week or 2 will it dry and lock the hair yes or no

Is it shedding stray hairs or is it actually slipping in large areas, there is a difference?

If its not slipping in large areas it should dry and lock in if not I dout it will lock in.
You can try denatured alchole on the spots it may help.

Just let it dry for a week or so and don't brush it or handle much it should set
