I was doing some reading on them and it seems the females canines are normally about a half inch?? The bucks can get up to about 3 inches?

Muntjac. You can hunt these on Game Ranches  400 to 800 dollars. Here in Ohio and other states

The Chinese Water deer (Hydropotes inermis) is different than the Muntjac (Muntiacus sp) though. Also bigger tusks. Smiley

Yea Sea Wolf your right. Muntjac's Have smaller K-9s than the Water Deer , But they do have antlers.

We get some in occasionaly over here but people always want them mounting so I never get the skull.

Yep Muntjac.. I know there is a breeder up here in northern Idaho that has them too. They are a dinky little deer though.
