i tried posting this earlier i dont think it worked if it did srry for the double post..any way here are some reference photos i took on vacation the place was called bear world and they had some deer there as well.. some of the deer are mullys and a few are cross breeds i think mully/wt anyway enjoy..

That second picture (the one with the branch) was a little deceiving at first. I thought man, that's one really pink lower lip, until I realized it was his tongue!

The dark grey one is a mule deer. You can tell by the big ears and hump on the top of the nose just in front of the eyes

the dark grey one is a mule deer. The guy at the park told me that the lighter colored ones were cross breeds mully/white tail but they seem to have more white tail in them. the lower lips showing the ears seem to be smaller and around the eyes are lighter colored also..
