I have never used an air brush. How is the best way to practice before you would use it on a mount? And what are the most popular colors and brands of paint for Whitetail , small game, and ducks. Also what kind of air brush is best for a beginner?

McKenzie sell Fish, Bird, and mammal paint kits, Life Tone Hydro-mist, and I use a Iwata airbrush. I bought real cheap from a lady who was getting out of taxidermy.

B4 I used a cheap badger from Wally World.

and I practiced on paper, learning how to blend colors together.
