it was mentioned earlier that the company I ordered from had great customer service...I'd say so..it was due to ship Tues, but they were out of stock, so they emailed me AND called and left a message saying it would be shipped Thursday, and sorry for the delay!

Yes Bobbie that's exactly what happened to me when I ordered some stuff from them. Then not only did they do the call and email communication thing, the guy emails me and says he will pay for the shipping on the backordered item . Not much money but just another little thing that makes you stand up and take notice to good customer service.

He was out of stock because of the World Show partly and partly because of your thread here Bobbi. I got the same call after I ordered. He said he "suddenly" got a surge of orders. I told him about the posting of his site here. He was very greatful to say the least. He also called again to say he was shipping the order =priority mail!!!! This guy is a class act! But maybe he owes Bobbi and Tmbrwlf52 a commission.

Hi Bobbi, I use the one without the light attached. I also use a full spectrum light which is on a stand that I position over my shoulder. I looked for the light at Hobby Lobby and they were around $100. Went to Wally World and found the same thing for $35. The only problem I have with the visor is it causing a nice headache after a few hours. Hope this helps.
