 Not sure what they mean ref the caulking.  Add rows of chalking. How many? how are the feathers held up til the caulking drys?

i make three to four small 1 inch cuts along the back inject caulking along the whole back area insert a small peice of cotton in to each hole after injecting to keep caulking from squeezing out row by row i push the quills  into the caulk in order for the feathers to stay you will have to go back and reset them day to day until the caulk sets up usually about 4 to 5 days hope this helps  al b

I had a "PRO" Tell me they put the caulk in befor they sew the bird up.
