Duck DVD

Am interested in purchasing a how-to DVD to mount a mallard. Any suggestions for someone who lacks any artisitic ability??  This is simply a lets take a shot and see if I am capable.  Want to make sure DVD uses the formed material everywhere possible- - head, body etc.  Would a goose be easier??  Got a snow I would love to mount or even a little cackler.
