I'll just take that as a compliment Andy, Oh by the way, you did say you wanted that bufflehead
pink right Grin Kiss

Yes, I meant it in the most respectable way possible. And NO that buff better not be pink you sum-a-bich. Wouldn't happen to want a black bear to "practice" shaving/tanning for me do ya Grin
LOL, I'll take the bear, but it aint leavin when its done Grin Grin

This was awesom.  I learned so much.  Thank you for taking the time to do this.  I have always sent my hides off to a tannery and have always had to wait at least 6 or more months to get them back.  This year I got fed up, did some research, and plunged in.  Buying tanning equipment and a Dakota flesher.  I just fleshed my first wt hide and wished I had taken the time to find this tutorial before I did.  It would have saved me a lot of time and sewing.  Thank you for your efforts it will be put to good use.! I cant wait to watch them hopefully i learn how to get bigger strips at a time... I only get like a 2in strip.. maybe a lil less with each swipe..  The saying of practice makes perfect definitly holds true with these machines!!!!
Thanks a lot
