Can someone tell me how to mount a whitetail shed for a pedestal mount?

Can someone explain to me the best way to mount a set of xxl whitetail deer sheds for a pedestal mount? I do not have the skull plate just the set of sheds. I also need to be able to remove the sheds from the pedestal mount for shipping purposes. Any help would be appreciated greatly. Maybe post some pictures as well Regards,Ron

You can buy repro skull plates or shed connectors.

Thanks for your advise Red Wolf and Ihntdeer, but this is the first time i am doing this. I do not know how to use the shed connectors and skull plates. I want to make sure i can detach the antlers if i decide to sell it for shipping purposes. I also saw the steel square peg and insert how do these work? I do not want to bondo or epoxy the sheds so i can remove them easy, but do not what them to be loose either. ANY INSTRUCTION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
