Just trying to figure out a good price to offer on skinning out deer heads, not fleshing but just skinning the hide off the skull?

I charge 50.00 if they dont have me mount it.. I cape it out, cut the antlers off and clean off the skull plate.. For 75.00 Ill cape, split and turn it ...
 
 If its coming here to be mounted I dont charge for it.. Id rather cape it out myself than deal with mistakes..

i mean if i am training a guy to skin out heads  for me in my shop, after he is trained, how much should i pay him

See how good he is, before paying him anything. Then I would figure out how long it takes you, divide that into your hourly labor and see what you pay yourself to do it. Then pay him less.
