I have a 3lb baby bobcat to mount  and i was going to make my own form, who has the best video out on this subject
and where can i get eyes this small.

Ditto on Jan's video. It's a complicated process, but she really takes you thru the whole thing. I watched it a couple times and took notes on the different steps as a reference for during the process.
