Moose drawing Finished
«
on:
August 29, 2009, 07:52:22 PM »
The original thread got a bit long, so I made a new one to focus on just the moose drawing.
Now it is really starting to shape up. You can see that it will be finished soon.
sorry for the glare in this pic

Good use of the photo reference. If this is for a customer I'm sure they'll love it.

that is some mad skill, out of this world. Wish my art work would be even a fraction as good as yours.

The moose is looking good. I really appreciate that you are doing this work for me. I will be leaving for British Columbia in a few days to hunt Mountain Caribou and Moose. If you dont hear from me for a few weeks . that is why. You are an exceptional artist.

thanks everyone and good luck hunting Kevin!
the detail in the foreground and background won't be perfect compared to the reference (way too many tiny things to confuse me), but I think it looks pretty close. I have almost 3 hours into this little section of grass and weeds in the front. It takes a long time but it's worth it, the finished drawing will be stunningly super detailed
