Dont know about now, but back when I lived in Kansas you put in to draw and sometimes could by additional tags. Plus some land owners sell their tags.

for a few years in the late 80's you could put in for a drawing for leftover firearms tags. you haven't been able to legally kill two bucks in kansas for at least 20 yrs. and certainly not two years ago.

1993-1998 you could kill up to three bucks in certain zones. the left over tags I got each and every years were buck or doe, either sex.

Listi,
Being from Kansas, two years ago you could legally harvest one buck not two. Violating a game law ,anywhere, can ruin your reputation and your future as a taxidermist. You don't need to be caught and fined for this to happen. People talk, and future customers will find out and turn the other way.

being non-res and killing multiple ks bucks and getting away with it will likely make him a hero
