does anyone know where you can get the 2 part urethane foam mix with out having to order i usually get it from WASCO and i thought i had more but i don't have enough and i need to make a form longer .

You can get "Foam Stuff" in a can.  Or contact Mike Bush from Polymers Plus to order some more.  He goes by Mike B on here.

Extend your form length with a section of plywood or what have you....then plaster over the ragged edged seam..........bondo the wood to the
foam pieces for adhesion.
