I asked this question on the Wanted forum, but haven't gotten an answer.

I have a wood panel that is about 13 x 16. It was hand-carved and is oak colored (not sure of the wood. But it is real wood, not reproduction). I'd also bought one in a dark (walnut colored). They have oak leaves at the bottom and acorns. I *thought* I got them from Van Dykes, but don't see them in their catalog anymore. It seems they cost about $30, and the 18 x 23 ones were about $80. WASCO has something similar, but not the same.

Does anyone know where I can get those, if they are even still available anymore? I bought these within the last 10 years.

THANK YOU!  Smiley

I think I know what you are talking about and I do believe those were in the old Van Dykes catalog.  Not sure where they got them and where you can get them now but the good news is your not nuts, they use to carry them.....  LOL

Fosters taxidermy Supply sells a foam reproduction panel that you stain what ever color you like. It looks hand carved with Oak leaves and acorns.

You might take a look.

I have used some in the past. They looked pretty good when finished.
