Week #1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Warm welcome form Hinsdale New Hampshire!!!!!  Thank you for being here for year number 4!! I wonder have you been here from the beginning when it all started or are you just joining in for your very first week?  Either way you will enjoy and be inspired by all the positive inspiration you will be assured to have here each and every week.  Thank you for making this a great and wonderful place to belong and be inspired!

I want to say thank you for letting me join you every week in your successes and accomplishments! I have seen first hand the great strides so many have made with beautiful fish work! Good for you and congratulations on your hard work!!!!

Let's start of the week recognizing those who shared their wonderful work with all of us! Thanks for all the beautiful fish work in this past weeks this week in fish pictures!

I want to thank all of the great contributors who really show not only great talent and work but rather give such inspiration to all of us!

A great week Fishheads!!!!!
From beginner's to the best in the world we all join in every week in a critique free and hassle free string with nothing more then great artist and inspiring fish taxidermist and carves get together to share with one another their praise and inspiration of good will and friendship to one another.

I would like to start this week with a new comer to the The Week in Fish Pictures family Mr. Melvin Kincheloe of the Great State of Kansas! Melvin has been a taxidermist for a very long time and wanted to share his new efforts with you all. Melvin spent a little time with us a week ago and came out to work up a great big 45 LB striper! Marvin wanted me to mention that he is a proud member of the KTA, the UTA and as a director of the NTA. I sure hope you enjoy the work of Melvin Kincheloe!!

Here is a 23 lbs. Sea run brown trout spawning color. Custom moulded and casted.This is one of the record list in Norway. Have a nice week to all of you Smiley Thanks Ollie

I get to do a few Hybrids every year due to a reservoir in our area has them. Fun fish to do!! Somewhat of a challenge. You certainly captured the true look of the Stripers. Beautiful job!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of six Brown Trout skin mounts in a group that a client sent to be re-furbished.
He wanted the spot size to be smaller, less round and more various. He requested that the coloration be similar to the Western NY spawning males that are on my website.
My attempt makes the 3rd time that the client has had these mounts painted by different taxidermists.
Not too bad for a "Pour and Pull" fake fish guy eh?

 Major improvement, Rich. I don't think he will them painted again, and nice anatomical improvements. Great striper!

Nice nice fish so far. Seems the theme is Browns so far and will continue with a few I just finished. I don't get many Browns to mount and ended up doing 12 this year. Here are 5 I just finished.
