1/2 size bear

Customer called and is going to drop off a bear that he wants to get a 1/2 mount done. Never done one and was wounding on a price. What type of prices are you guys getting for something like this, I think it will be a open mouth.

I'd get 1000-1200 depending on pose/habitat.

Basic rule of thumb: 1/2 Lifesize = 3/4 full lifesize.  Open mouth additional.  Tanneries charge you by the square foot for tanning so one size doesn't fit all.  I have separate prices for bears by size.  You certainly wouldn't charge the same rate for a 1/2 LS weaned cub as you would a 600 pound boar.
