Just curious as to anyone having any knowledge about
Dan Rineharts School of Taxidermy
. Looking to attend and would like any kind of feedback that anyone knows of this school . Would really like to know if i'm investing my money and my future in a reputable school.

The school in Boulder Junction, WI. I went there last fall and thought it was a good beginner school. Dan and Dave teach you the basics to get started. After that join a Taxidermy Association and take any extra course you can. You will always learn something new to stay on top.

Check out Wegner's School of Taxidermy before you decide on anything. It is locating in Milton, WI the same area is Dan's. There was a new facility built and you will have smaller class sizes. Ron Wegner will teach you the basics plus advanced techniques that are very easy for the beginner to do. Ron was taught by golden master taxidermist Steve Henthorn. You can really see the difference in his work and he will teach you the same thing he learned from Steve. The outcome will impress you and others. Look him up on the web at wegnersschooloftaxidermy.com or call him at 608-868-4022 to get a catalog or set up an appointment to visit his facilities.

You should really go to American Institute of Taxidermy. I went there and was very pleased. I enjoyed my classes very much. If you are interested the website for the school is
