I have a freeze dried  crappie that sunk in. Is there anything I can do tofix it or can I rehydrate and skin it know?

depending on where it sunk in you can rebuild with apoxie sculpt i would say no to rehydrating a freeze dried fish

I have had that happen to me. I split the skin along the dorsal fin. You can work filler in under the skin. use a little apoxy to seal the seam wear you separate the skin.
