I have seen on another site, where each year, the forum has a deer hunting picture posting contest, about 6 people per team, and they post photos  of the deer they shoot, bucks or does, runs all season, and they get points for having the weapon used, the tag visible, blood cleaned off the animal, number of points on the rack  maybe, and other little things that need to be in the photo to score points. Of course, it would be open to anyone in the forum that wanted to be on a team, but only for serious hunters that really hunted. I am not sure about a pot for the winners, we could have a $5 or $10 entry fee, proceeds could go to charity,,er,,, whatever. Just an idea.

I'm in one now for bow hunting only though. 4 man teams and a set scoring system. It's been fun.

I was wondering this too.  How would you do this?  Draw for teams?  Every team member has to be from a different state?  Just curious

Some States don't have hogs. All states have deer. Maybe hogs and deer can have the same point value. One thing for sure, you need one man to head the game, and 5 to judge and keep rules. Find those guys first, we got time. You can always put the game together later.

I would like to be part of this as a Team Member (hunter) and a possible Judge. Just think if enough Teams were in it and you charged $20-25 per person, this could bring in enough cash to provide The Winning Team with nice cash gift to split up.
