Well yesterday we took in another deer in attempts to get some skull casts for new forms, and what the guy brought me almost dropped me,  8 1/4 by 25, never thought I would get to see one, except maybe for Illinois or something, but not Ohio. I know there out there, just seems unreal for us.

Well now with him we have all of our head sizes except for a 7 3/4, but I am still shocked at the size of this thing.

Also our 7 x 17 1/2 is finally done, We sent the first mannikin out to JSheiler today, I hope he likes it, Its only a strait upright so you guys will still be waiting another week or so for a turn, but we will start making the mold on the 7 1/2 x 21 str upright tomorrow.

I'll post picks of the mannikin sometime here if anyone is interested in seeing it.

The one I shot is 8 1/4 N/E by 28 at the ears.  He weighed 298 pounds but yep he was an Illinois corn fed deer.

Everyone who requests a straight should be given a straight jacket!!!

Sorry I have been really busy the last few days, we will make a new catalog when we get enough made, it might be another spring type of catalog however, we just want to get enough sizes in it so that its worth while, no need making one if I am just going to have to start putting these little paper print outs in it a couple of weeks after we make it.

As far as the LT and RT comment go, that's how everyone starts out, you make a strait and then start making turns off of the original, it makes more sense to go that way rather then the other option, where if I have a Lt then I have to chop and turn it all the way to a right turn, its more time saving to go this route, plus to top it off sooner or later you always sell a strait upright in every size.

Here are just a few,

did a test fit today and it fitted like a glove I cut the nose off and replaced it with your replacement nose and they matched up really nicely Smiley I love the recest skull plate feature on the manikin very nice touch. I was going to start mounting today but I am waiting on a few supplies from Van Dyke that wont be here until Wensday before I can continue. gonna finish prepping the manikin take the cartilage out of the ears and then its pretty much a waiting game from there Smiley

Cool, yeah the head block is a pain, but if we get enough responses that's what we will keep going with.  Its only a pain because it is a 4 piece mold, and it makes it harder to take off because it creates a pinch point, were still working on how to take it out of the mold where it wont dent or cause any problems around the eyes or neck and we almost have it now.

The foam has changed immensely since Buckeye, back then you could throw the mold off and toss the mannikin over to the side and there would be no problems with denting or anything. This new stuff is so cheesy its sucks.

We talked to our rep and that's the highest density foam that they make so who knows, even though its chinsy foam I looked around and to my surprise its better then mostly everyone out there, with the exception of WASCO and Hilton, and I'm pretty sure were using the same type from the same company though.

Those are nice looking forms.  If I am not being to forward, could I ask how much one of these will go for?

Its funy that you should mention it but when I was test fiting and ruffing up the form I noticed a big difference in the density of the foam compared to McKenzie and Van Dyke. I have mounted on one Hilton so far and like his forms a lot and I think that the foam you guys are useing is a little dencer then his I have not mounted on a WASCO form so I can't compare but I really do like this form so far a lot.
