i did this like, over a year ago. never finished. i don't know why. i just got lazy and didn't feel like finishing the water. i really need to finish this. what do you think? its the best woodburning i've done.

I have no , or should I say very little artistic talent. But I do know bass. I fish for them almost exclusively..That piece is Great !! Very nicely detailed,even down to the hook bend.

If I may make a suggestion and I hesitate to do so ,because my opinion means squat, you are the very gifted artist not me. But IMO I wouldn't label the species -largemouth bass ,etc..Those who would appreciate the piece already know the type of fish it is. I think the label takes something away from the work.. I hope that isn't taken as an insult ,your work is awesome.That is just my opinion. Please finish it and post the results.
