I recently took in a copperhead, For a lifesize open mouth mount, I have done rattlesnakes before but I was wondering if they make copperhead forms or may i use a rattlesnake form, I am trying to do away with casting my own form.

Do not use a rattlesnake form for a copperhead, that would be like using a largemouth bass form for a bluegill form.

If you have the whole snake, just skin and then make a mold of the carcass....or carve a form.  Carve your form before you skin and use the copperhead for reference.

There may be some forms, just check the supply catelogs.

McKenzie carries the Matt Thompson line of snake forms and in that group is 3 crawling forms that are from 24" - 31" that work pretty good for copperheads. Other than that Kerby is very correct. Wink Cheesy You will still have to do some modifications to the head and of coarse the tail area.
