I have never messed with these thing, but I have an idea to play with.

Where is good place to find very small snake eyes?

Just about any of the suppliers sell them. I got some from WASCO a few months back that look good.

smallest you will find are coral snake eyes in 2 mm, and copperhead the same size

Little garter snake.    I think the eyes are about 3mm.  I did not see any in the couple of catalogs I looked in.  I didn't know if Tochikon carries such a thing or even if there is a difference in every snake.
