 Huh Huh Huh

   hi everyone,
this is a project for my little son,

     i have a Styrofoam Santa
i am trying to make a mothermold first and then pour a cast to cast a transparent Santa, needs to be clear.since there will be lights in it,when plugged in it will be luminous,
it needs to withstand sun and wet weather,so it wont crack,
and if i can do this by brushing on the material would be perfect,
please help.all advise and step to step directions would be appreciated,
first time messing with casting,
i know i can buy one cheaper, bit i just have to this myself, its a especial deal,it would help if you can also point out materials i would need,
thank you all,
    bower0005,   happy holidays to all,
