"Mounting your Memories"

Jeff-

My vent is at the top 1/3 of my freezer.  It vents straight out the wall with about a 3 ft run of 4" flex duct.  Yes it is a louvered dryer vent outside.

I have an exhaust fan in my shop  (12x16)...that runs 24/7 and vents through the roof.  So it maybe pulling air out of there and through the box....that is a possibility.

But I am gonna cap the outside vent off and the vent on the side of the box at lunch and put a new skull in..and see where it gets me.  Then gonna move the heat bulb this evening.

Def has me thinking though!  Lol

Ok...

Disconnected the outside vent...and plugged the one vent coming from the side of the beetle box.  Placed the rehydrated head in there and it came from 20%...to 32% in 5 minutes.  I still have a vent on the other side.....for a fan if need be...but with the dry air...probably will work great.

So this should solve my problems......sorry to bother ya'll.  Thanks for all of the help.

They are active like crazy now........chowing down.

Man...that was scary...I even checked several of them for mites...and everyting!  lol  Just nervous I guess!  Smiley

They are getting a raise if they start working like non-union workers!  lol

what i did was buy one of those liquid wall plugs that put scent in the air.emptied out the perfume changed the wick and added water.  this will only work if you have an outlet in the box.  and the one i bought has a dial on it to adjust the amount of scent or in my case water it humidifies.  think it was from air wick

After all this...I went out of town to go hunting on Saturday morning through Sunday and had put a pig in before I left...I forgot to take the brains out of this one and when I returned, my fan timer had gone batty so the fans never ran in 24 hours and it was so humid in there it was dripping!!

All taken care of now, but I thought about this thread instantly. Haha.
