This is the first oil painting I ever did. It was back in 1984. I was digging through storage and found it. I thought it would be neat to show.

Here is another picture I did around the same time of a double lightning strike. I thought it was pretty cool at the time.LOL

     This picture of the lightning came out like crap. You cant even see the true shape of the clouds. I will try to retake the picture and repost it.

BVanKirk,  I use what I have these days for taxidermy and carving. Although I still paint every now and again for my customers. I tell you what though, you come up with an idea and I will paint it and post it. And we will see how it comes out. What do you think?

haha dude i have enough problems keeping a composition in my head for more than 30 seconds to develop it and really get it onto canvas, im in no position to be handing out assignments
however skulls are always a cool subject
