Yes You can.. You will probably have to make the form... I've pondered it but haven't found the time yet..
Save the skull and as much of the neck and shoulders as you can if you want to carve or cast it.

Well I was thinking for a shoulder mount... not a Lifesize. That scrawny neck could be altered easily to fit a llama's, shoulders enlarged with a cast head. A young llama probably wouldn't need altering in the neck except for lenght and pose.
