How long can you leave a hide in a pickle? I will be using WASCO pickling crystals, and with the holiday weekend coming i am afraid of running short on time.

not sure if it's good to do but i have had the same problem. i have left hides in pickle for over a week and they tanned just fine. that was with safety acid. not sure about yours though

You can leave them for months, just check the Ph.
