freeze dried crawdads

Does any one know where to get freeze dried crawdads. Or does anyone know how to make a live crawdad freeze dried i know this sounds stupid but I'm in a tight spot Vandykes discontinued them and i need one to finish a mount for a costumer buy Christmas. Please help anyone?

ive always herd about people mounting them to the pan of a trap and catching raccoons. any one have any success with this? if so i might be interested in buying some my self
