This guy here in the background (but in focus):


I'd like to make him a little newer, but keep his shape (you can't tlel from this pic but he has weird, box-like feet), and creepiness.  Someone suggested sheared beaver fur.  So I was thinking sheared beaver SCRAPS sewn together so you get different colors and textures thrown together.  He'll need new stuffing too.  And then maybe a fluffy rim to his hat there.

Before I go and post wanted ads for beaver scraps, what do you think of this project?  What would YOU do to make him new, but still retain his creep factor?
