If using elmers spray glue to attach snow to a scene, what is the best way to put on snow.  How do you make sure that alll the glue is covered by snow?

Put way more snow on than you need.  After it adheres, dump or lightly blow off the extra.

Spray adhesive in layers works really good because you can get a fluffier look.

How about keeping snow clean over the years?  I just had a guy ask about adding snow, but I had never used it in fear of it getting dirty quick and not being able to clean it?

Either put it in a glass case or eventually you can replace it when needed.  Depending on where the mount is will determine the length of time until it gets dirty.  If you explain to the customer that it will eventually need to be replaced, you may have some work lined up down the road.
