I have a base that I am working on and the customer wants a little blood on the snow. How do you get a good effect of blood on the snow. Thank's for any and all advise. I tried the search but nothing came up.

You might try adding reddish coloring to a clear casting resin and try dripping or some other type of way to get it to look how you want.
