rehydrating bear nose
«

I did a bear rug using the real nose and am not happy with the way it looks now that it is dry. The nostrils are really flared out. Is it possible to reydrate the nose and re-adjust?

use a worm and wet cloth , rap it around the nose and place a bag over it tightly, leave it over night , and that should work.

You may also inject it with windex or soft tissue rehydrator. Works faster than wrapping but all works.

Thanks guys. I hung the rug and dipped just the nose in an icecream pail of water and it is soft enough to work with again. I only need to bring in the tips of the nostrils that are flared out.
